The catalogue covers five groups: manual FUE punches and punch holders; titanium instruments including sapphire blade handles and motorised micromotor handpieces; disposable DHI implanter pens and replacement needles in 0.8, 0.9 and 1.1 mm; sapphire blades with titanium handles and tungsten-grip blade holders; and forceps and instruments including extracting forceps, transplanting forceps, straight forceps and locking needle holders.

Manual FUE punch holders accept tips from 0.6 mm to 1.2 mm, and the ergonomic ring-grip punch is supplied from 0.7 mm to 1.0 mm. Motorised handpieces run punches from 0.7 mm to 1.2 mm. Tell us the diameters your surgeons use and we will quote a matched set.

A sharp punch has a continuous bevelled cutting edge that scores tissue with minimal resistance, which suits fine and straight hair. A serrated punch has a toothed edge that grips elastic, curly or fibrous scalp instead of skidding, which many surgeons prefer for Afro-textured hair. Most clinics keep both and select per patient.

Yes. We supply sterile single-use DHI implanter pens in 0.8, 0.9 and 1.1 mm, plus matching sterile replacement needles in the same diameters. The 0.8 mm suits fine single-hair grafts, 0.9 mm suits standard one to two hair grafts, and 1.1 mm suits larger multi-hair grafts.

Yes. The blades are cut from synthetic single-crystal sapphire and mounted on anodised titanium handles. Sapphire is far harder than surgical steel, which is why it holds a fine edge through a long session, and it is chemically inert in tissue.

Both, depending on the line. Punch holders, titanium blade handles, blade holders, forceps and needle holders are autoclavable and intended for repeated use. DHI implanter pens, implanter needles and sapphire blades are supplied sterile for single use.

Reusable instruments are machined from surgical stainless steel, with grade 5 titanium used for blade handles and lightweight components. Sapphire blades use synthetic single-crystal sapphire. Materials are selected for corrosion resistance through repeated autoclave cycles.

Yes. Instruments can be supplied under a distributor's own brand, including custom packaging. Because this involves tooling and packaging setup, minimum quantities and lead times are higher than for standard catalogue lines.

Test before you commit: request samples and have your surgeons assess edge sharpness, tip concentricity and handle balance on real cases. Then check batch consistency, confirm lead times and minimums fit your case volume, verify what documentation the supplier can issue for your market, and confirm you can reach a real person when something goes wrong.

A good FUE punch has a genuinely sharp, concentric cutting edge that scores the skin with minimal force, a wall thin enough to keep the wound small without being fragile, a balanced grip that reduces surgeon fatigue, and consistent tolerances so every punch in the box performs identically.

Disposable instruments guarantee a fresh edge every case and remove reprocessing work, which suits high-volume clinics and cutting edges that dull quickly. Reusable instruments cost less per case over time and suit handles, forceps and holders that do not degrade with use. Most clinics run a mix.

Ask for samples and evaluate them under magnification alongside your current instrument, then use them on consecutive cases with the same surgeon and record how the punch feels at the start and end of a session. Judging sharpness from a specification sheet alone is unreliable.
